Tarsier Southeast Asian Dry Gin

Tarsier Southeast Asian Dry Gin is our expression of our backpacking journey, taking botanicals from each country the founders visited. Made with 100% British Wheat Spirit. Philippine Calamansi, Thai Sweet Basil, Vietnamese Galangal and Cambodian Kampot Pepper, along with 7 traditional gin botanicals, are macerated for 18 hours before distillation. The distillation follows the London Dry method so the only thing added to the distillate is pure water. Only the heart of the distillate is collected, discarding the often re-used heads and tails to ensure each batch is as pure as the last.  Once the flavour is just right, we fill, label and cork each bottle by hand. Each bottle is handcrafted and not made by machines.
