Isle Of Raasay Gin

The Isle of Raasay Gin is crafted using ten botanicals, including some locally sourced botanicals from the island. These botanicals contribute to the unique flavor profile of the gin. By distilling the juniper and a few other botanicals in their copper malt spirit still and vapour infusing the remaining botanicals in their copper gin basket to preserve their vibrancy, their team were able to create the ideal balance of flavors.

Their modern distillery, the island shores of Raasay, their distinctive water source, and the remarkable geological variety of the island all served as inspiration for the development and presentation of our Scottish island gin. a combination of modern process, design, and thought with historical foundations.
