Carlos-1 Brandy
The finest grapes are meticulously chosen to create the wines that will be distilled as the first step in the creation of Carlos I Brandy. They use our own distillery to carry out the artisanal, discontinuous process of distillation in 5000-liter copper stills and 2500-liter alembic stills. They have a slower process and a lower yield because they are made of copper. The process of discontinuous distillation entails separating the lower-quality distillate fractions, known as heads and tails, and retaining only the highest-quality distillate component, known as holanda, which is the center of the distillation and the foundation of Carlos I.
