Vilarnau Ecológico Brut Rosado Reserva is a pale pink cava, very intense and with great aromatic complexity. On the nose, it offers us the primary aromas characteristic of a delicate rosé cava. It shows us the subtlety of violets and roses in combination with ripe red fruits: strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. On the palate it is smooth, very creamy, fresh and elegant. Vilarnau Cava Rosé Brut is made using the traditional method (méthode champenoise), where the secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle.
