Gunpowder Irish Gin With Sardinian Citrus
P.J. Rigney’s Inquisitive Mind discovered Siniscola, a sleepy Sardinian countryside village. The “”Sa pompia”” or Citrus monstruosa was introduced to him by the locals. This finding led to the creation of a brand-new Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin that has faint Sardinian citrus overtones. On the palate, the gin is smooth and well-balanced. The citrus notes are bright and zesty, perfectly complemented by the earthy and slightly smoky flavor of the gunpowder tea. The juniper and other botanicals add depth and complexity.
